"SHREE
KRISHNADEO CHARITABLE TRUST" was formed on 25th july, 1996
by way of an indenture between Mr. Krishnadeo Shinde, Mr. Babulal
Dolawat and Mr. Jayandrabhai Thakkar. As per the aforesaid indenture
Mr. Krishnadeo Shide acted upon as "Settler" and contributed
a sum of Rs.5,100/- (Rupees Five Thousand One Hunders Only ) as
Corpus Money to the above Trust's Object, which are laid down in
clause 3 of the trust Deed. The Trust Deed was submitted to Charity
Commisioner, Greater Bombay Region, Maharashtra State for necessary
registration under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950. The consequent
upon the Asst. Charitable Commisioner, Greater Bombay Region, Bombay,
issued Registration Certificate No. E 16593 (Mumbai). However, the
said trust is registered under the provisions of the aforesaid Act.
